May I introduce myself to you as the real estate appraiser that the buyer's lender has contacted to do an appraisal on your listings. I’m reaching out to acquire some additional information about your listing.  

Could you provide a list of any improvements that have occurred to the above-mentioned property.  That might include if the basement is finished or unfinished, if any recent addition has been constructed, or if any general remodeling or improvements within the past five years, that's not mentioned in the questionnaire below.     

PLEASE CREATE A SEPERATE WORD DOCUMENT (.DOC) OR A (.PDF) DOCUMENT and forward that document to the email address listed below. This attachment will be inserted directly into the appraisal report. Also, the attachment might be the best route to get your list of improvements and opinions directly in front of and read by the lenders' underwriter.

One of the requirements set forth by Fannie Mae is to provide the remodeling and update the history of certain components of the said property. In, particular, the history of any remodeling that deals with the kitchen and/or bathrooms. As the realtor/owner of record, could you or the owner please complete the questionnaire below? Please answer the following property history to the best of your recollection. Using a time frame period is acceptable (ie: 3 to 5 years or at least 10 years) or unknown.
